Photoshop, the only post pro you see here is the noise and the tag, the rest is exactly how it came out of the renderer!

In case you were wondering how i did the blood??
I got some grunge brushes and painted on a transparent canvas in PS, then when i was happy i used the liquid tool to manipulate it into the shape i wanted. Created an alpha mask and then mapped it in c4d......easy!!
This image was inspired by a photo (i have on my mousemat) by Packshotfactory (a london based product photographers and re-touchers) so if you think you have seen something similar then that would be the reason why! Only difference is, mines 3d and theirs was a photo!
